“We have been using Green Mountain bulls for many years now and we do not have a bull on the place that isn’t Green Mountain. Our operation is a little different than most. We buy only heifer bulls and when they grow up to be too big for heifers, we put them on our cows. There is not a bull on our place that has over an 80-pound birth weight. That is what interested me with Green Mountain to begin with. Calving ease bulls with growth.”
